Refund Policy
If a cancellation is made within 2 hours, you may request a refund, subject to certain deductions.
Applicable Deductions
- Payment Gateway Fee: 5% of the paid amount
- Processing Fee: 5% of the paid amount
The refund will be processed to the original payment mode only.
The turnaround time for the refund is 7–10 working days. During peak times (holidays, special events, etc.), processing may take longer than usual.
🔹 Note: If the reason for the refund is not valid,
you will not be eligible for a refund.
